OUR COFFEE

Because we’re committed to serving quality coffee and supporting local businesses, we source our beans from Groundswell, a local coffee roaster. Started in 2015 by Jason Foster, a University of Illinois – Chicago alum, Groundswell is a Chicago micro-roastery that specializes in roasting coffee in small batches, with a desire to be approachable to customers who are curious about fantastic coffee. By providing us with beans, equipment, and excellent training, Groundswell has satisfied our curiosity and we’re excited to partner with them to bring quality coffee and conversation to the campus at the University of Illinois – Chicago.
