Join us for our second Newman Night of the semester on self-care, which is very important and often neglected, especially by college students! Come get self-care tips from our guest speaker, Julia Hogan!
Julia Marie Hogan is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Chicago. In addition to her work as a psychotherapist, she leads workshops and writes on topics related to self-care, relationships and mental health.
